I have a small issue with the "Internet" Icon in the Start Menu. Whenever I click it, it will give me this:

Explorer.EXE
(x) Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

I also have another internet icon called "Internet Explorer" which opens fine. I am using AVG Anti-Virus Free and im on Vista. I previously had the "Vista AntiVirus 2010" virus which I used "Anti-Malware - Malwarebytes", "Spyware Doctor" and "CCleaner" to get rid of it..

Any help?
