I figured it out. My firewall was blocking it. If you are having this problem do the following...

1.) - Open the "Start Menu".
2.) - Go to the "Control Panel".
3.) - Double click "Security Center".
4.) - Click "Windows Firewall" in the top left.
5.) - Click "Change settings".
6.) - Click "Continue".
7.) - Click the "Exceptions" tab.
8.) - Scroll down and check all of the "Windows Media Player" options.
