Okay so i dont even know either of the two programs/files. I looked up Hijack this and found out it is a spyware... Lets start with hijack this. It keeps poping up saying it has encountered a problem and needs to close. "Send to microsoft" I leave my computer for 5 minutes and come back with a good 100 of those windows.
Csrss.exe does the same thing but less of severity. I can't recall what else pops up but it sometimes say application error. "Ok to debug the application, cancel the app"
I've tried antimalware in safe mode and it worked perfectly. I then restarted my computer because i was installing photoshop. and then it all started again.

How can i get these gone and done with. I never installed any of these.

Ok go to ctrl alt delete and go to processes and look for those and end them then run malware bites.... also look for them in services... And if that doesnt help then go to start run msconfig and go to startup and find those apps and make sure they dont start up and then run malware bites...

i have hijack this but its not that stable and probly wont do ur pc anygood but it works for me
