Greetings.
I go to a technology school (yeah I know, yugh..) and the tech team there has a filter installed called 8e6000, or something of that manner.
I know many of you will say, "well use a proxy.."
Duh, thats of course what I intend to do. However, the filter blocks all websites with the keyword Proxy, and various other tags, and it also blocks a port 80 bypass connection.
Now you might be wondering, well whats the point of this thread?
But of course, I'm about to show you just that.
I have personally discovered a proxy list, that my school network does not have blocked. It is GUARANTEED to work on ANY NETWORK, and the only way it would not work it/ requirement:
1. You do not have a computer.
2. You do not have a working internet connection.
3. *Only for the group* You need a Google account.
I can do one of two things, and I decided to do both.
Here is the link to the Google Group.
You must login or register to view this content. It is called CamoList, and it provides you with fresh, unblocked proxies. To my knowledge all of them work at my school, except one that was leaked by some dumb freshman. I am not telling anyone any more of the sites at my school.

The internet was invented and designed to allow the sharing of information around the world - unfortunately schools, businesses, and even some entire governments do not want the public having uncensored access to the internet. luckily by design no single group has control over the entire net - individual groups may attempt to censor certain parts but because it only blocks some sites on the local network any connections you are able to make to the outside are able to pass on any page that the outside network can access. that is what we are here for!
