Way 1. Find a huge download and start it and keep it going. I dont reccomend this because it wastes HDD space and u go slower. Unless people leave because your hogging more bandwith now.

Way 2. Youtube! Open about 10 videos and you will devour bandwidth and slow everone the hell down. Most people will either flip out and entertain you or leave giving you more speed.
