Can someone explain? And how do i get the annoying buzzing out of the back?

Simply don't play the youtube video if you don't want to hear it. Or go to the microphone icon on taskbar and click mixer and then turn off the sound to your browser.

There should be a volume button on bottom right of the task bar :p

I fixed everything. Buzzing was mic boost was on lmfao.
