Description (Explain as thoroughly as possible): This program allows you to view an iso and extract/replace files inside of it. Then there is a little tab on it that allows you to EXTRACT the whole iso into a folder. Also on the wxripeer part it allows you to extract/rip ISO's from the DvD.

Why It Should be in Horizon and How it Relates to Modifying the Xbox 360: This helps people who want to iso mod games and it makes it more simple then using WX360/WXPER.
