it is really simple,
1. Make an account on netspend.com
2. Enter random info...heres some that WILL WORK
.....1. Street address (330 S Broadway)
.....2. City (Los Angeles)
.....3. State (California)
.....4. Zip Code (90013)
.....5. Phone # (810-382-8374)
3. After you account is made, go to Add/Manage Money
4. There it will tell you your bank name, account number, all of that suttfs.
5. Go to "get verified" on paypal.
6. Enter everything it ask for. Routing number, account number and it will automatically do the rest.
7. Wait 2-3 days and BOOM! your paypal account will be verified and you didnt have to pay anyone or need a real account!!

well it does for me and i just did it 4 days ago. and you can put .01 in that bank account to be double sure about it. just try it and see for your self!

i have tried i tried like 5 times the $ never goes to the netspend acct i recieved the cards tho

Yo dude, this doesn't work anymore, you have to activate the credit card for them to let you use paypal transfers now.
