So here it is.

First go to google.com
Put Recuva and get the download Here it is You must login or register to view this content.
Then download and run.
Put Recover from Recyle bin
Then Select all Files
Let it scan
Select both/ or all of the files
Then click recover
Then BOOM There you go.

You now have recovered a file with Recuva .. I have done this and recovered some school work with this.
