Never worked with me :/ Said something to do with texture size

Hasn't happened to me before so I'm not entirely sure how to fix it, but you can try this:

Go to C:\Program Files\Angry Birds\...

Find config.lua...

Open it with Notepad (or anything that can edit a regular file)...

Change some settings in there (I'm on my iPod right now so I can't tell you exactly what to change, but here's defiantly a setting for how large the window is. Try making that smaller )
