I have most likely removed it, but unfortunately it did much damage. By this I mean it deleted my USB port drivers, audio drivers, network drivers. Can someone please help me as I truthfully do not wish to have to use system recovery as it takes much time to copy everything back to the way it was. PS: it corrupted my system restore files.

It may take awhile, but it's better than getting a new laptop.

I know, but I'm mainly asking if anyone knows where to get a bunch of drivers and can help. BTW: I have both a warranty and accidental insurance on the laptop

Tried getting a Windows 7/vista boot disc, i think they have all the system restore stuff on it

Thats not my problem. I know I can do that, but I really don't want to lose the 180 gigabytes worth of data on my laptop

Hmm, try googling "Laptop model here, Usb drivers" and put all u really need onto ur usb
