My system restores are corrupted as well. I don't have any backup discs with me. At this stage I'm willing to use anything. To the first person who solves the problem the reward is 100,000 vbux.

***FACTORY RESTORE***
Yeaa I had a virus on my Dell on Vista. Idk if all Dells are the same but heres what I did. I Restarted My Computer && I Hold* (Ctrl) whille tapping (F11) at the Dell Start up screen. Pres It Rapidly Because You Only Have Like A Split Second. It Should Take You To A Black [ Or Blue ] Screen && Press Down Arrow Until You Get To Factory Restore Or Somthing Along Those Lines. It Will Turn Your Computer Off \, Wipe EVERYTHING \ && Restart It Asking You Like What You Want You ADMIN Username To Be.
