Unetbootin supposedly lets you do this.

I already have Backtrack 4 booting perfectly fine from my USB so yes I have a bootable USB (1TB)

So if I were to install Windows XP 2011 Black Edition onto my USB via Unetbootin, will it affect this laptop anyway, as I am looking to use the harddrive on my other computer, I dont want it touching the boot of this laptop or anything,
