Why cant i play Dead Rising2 or Two worlds 2 or sniper ghost warrior?

I havent installed a shit on this pc... i use GameBooster , And still it lags like hell

buy one in store and put it in
if u do have a good videocard try installing new driver for it google name of videocard+driver
