i read on redman pie yesterday that they just finished a stage in testing and a beta could possibly be out by the end, if not during the summer.

I swear to microsoft... if they make windows 8... than ill go and have to get another free cracked verison And what can they possibly make any better, besides add more security functions so I cant get a cracked verison or crack it?

Perhaps, but that won't stop them from developing a yearly "upgrade" based on Windows 7. It has often been a matter of speculation, and many suspect Microsoft will release a new version (Windows 8, 9, 10, etc.) on a yearly to biannual basis sometime in the future. We had a discussion about it in my Web Design / Programming class. It's quite interesting how they try to do things.
