Requirements

WAMP Server- You must login or register to view this content.
DYNDNS account- You must login or register to view this content.
FILEZILLA Server- You must login or register to view this content.
DYNDNS Updater- You must login or register to view this content.
My Website- You must login or register to view this content.

Step 1
Download and install WAMP and FILEZILLA SERVER.
Leave FILEZILLA'S settings at Start up the same.
Go to EDIT>USER>and ADD admin as a user, on the left side choose SHARED FOLDERS and select what to share, since this is admin you might want to choose your C:// or //.

Step 2
Enter you router config, by using your IP in your browser and forward these Ports: 20,21,80 to 80 and 3980 to 3990, some routers might allow you to have a start port and an end port, in that case put for example : 80start and 80end all to your IP, which you can find in CMD>IPCONFIG its gonna be something like 192.168.x.x

Step 3
Set up FILEZILLA, by going to EDIT>SETTINGS> and on the left PASSIVE MODE SETTINGS. Check the 3rd Box down and tick the 2 last boxes and enter 3980-3990.Now Your done in FILEZILLA.

Step 4
Go to Dyndns.com and creat a FREE domain, with the IP adress the website gives you on sign up, follow the steps to get the domain set up. Now download DYNDNS updater from here-https://www.dyndns.com/support/clients/
and run it.

Step 5
Your WebServer and FTPServer are now set up, go to your WAMP directory and look for a folder called www in there delete the files and make your index.htm(l), visit my website and ill provide you with a really simple index.

Step 6
Now people will be able to access your website from: https:// your- domain -name.dyndns.org but thats a bit long LOL, so go here: You must login or register to view this content. and change your current LONG address to something simple like your-domain-name.co.nr, the index i have provided for you has the FTP build in a button so it access it form your website, NOTE: CO.NR REVIEWS YOUR APPLICATION MANUALLY SO IT WILL TAKE SOMETIME FOR VERIFICATION.

wamp kind of sucks. Run a real os (linux) and install apache with php and mysql separately. Much better

Yeah im lookin for a cheap machine for linux, i wanna keep my windows for now , if i get linux installed ill ask you how to get mysql
