Post: Help My HP 6735s Notebook Won't Boot Up

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); when i try to start up my notebook it looks like it starts up fine then it just freezes with a dark screen with only the mouse on it the mouse can move so its still trying to load but I have left it like that for 2 hours today with no prevail its still going but nothings happening and when i try to boot in safe mode the same thing happens it was working fine last night but when i got up this morning this started to happen
Please help ASAP

reformat..i dont know how to do it on yours but its most likely a function key

Yeah i had to a full system restore to put the computer back to factory settings and it fixed the problem but i lost all of my ****ing data

Couldn't you have accessed the Task Manager from (CTRL + ALT + DELETE)

Then just open a new process - CMD

Then just do rstrui.exe

That would open system restore and you could restore it.

Just a little tip for you to do next time this happens (Hopefully it won't)

HP is unreliable for maintenance had reformat twice, then I got a new laptop from them within a week the motherboard blew up, and now I have another computer ..

you didnt lose any of your data this is where its at computer/os(cSmile/old.windows it should look something like that it will give a old windows back up if it didn't then idk it does for me scan anything you take if it is in there as you probably had a virus or you deleted something so your computer wouldn't boot up correctly

No, you do that in a regular boot. If you can move the mouse you can do what I said. And I don't think that he would wan't to factory restore it, he just wanted it to work.
