For this tutorial I'll show you how to download and play Pokemon Blue using an emulator

Step one : Get the emulator (I use VisualBoy advance.) You can download it here : You must login or register to view this content. (For windows) If anyone needs MAC just tell me, I'll get a link.

Step two : Extract your VisualBoy to desktop. You must login or register to view this content.

Step three : Download a GBA game from any ROM site.. (I use CoolRom.com) You can download the Pokemon Blue ROM from here : You must login or register to view this content.

Step four : Extract your files to your desktop derp

Step five : Open VisualBoy and on the top left click file> open > Pokemon Blue.GB

Step six : Play your game.. =D

Controls by default :

Arrows : Walk around
Enter : Pause
Space : Speed up
Z : A (Yes)

Pokemon just isn't the same when it's not being played on the Gameboy. Before PS3, I would use my Gameboy and play Pokemon way more than PS2! That game is SOOOO addicting. If I had a DS I'd buy the new ones. Damn them dropping support to Gameboys :FU:!
