why do you put spades in every post title?

Graphic Cards aren't the same as Video Cards as far as I know. The best graphics card can cost $1,000 (<- The best) while the cheapest could cost $25.

Graphic Cards make gameplay of computer games look better, run smoothly (Higher Frames Per Seconds), and lets you play more games that have high graphic card requirements.

They aren't the same, a video card allows you to play different video formats into a media player, real player or any video playing source. Where as, a graphics card alows your computer to register high format of games. It alows games to run smoothly.
