Open Daemon Tools
Simple enough right?
When you open Daemon Tools, you will only get an icon in the system tray, so don’t wait for a window to pop up. As shown in the picture below.

Mount the ISO File
Next, right clickon the Daemon Tools icon to open up the menu. Go to Virtual CD/DVD-ROM, then Device 0. As shown in the picture below.

After clicking on Device 0, click on Mount Image. A new window will pop up, and you must locate the ISO file on your hard drive. Just click on the ISO file and you’re done. As shown in the picture below.

what does mount a game mean?

"Mount" means to load the image you downloaded into a programme which makes a fake CD or DVD drive with that image. This fools the computer into thinking that its a CD or DVD in a drive when it is really just data on your hard disc. Hope that answers your question!
