(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});Hello, NGU.
I want to give you some tips how to keep your pc safe & secure.
Here is a list of things you should have!
Anti-Virus software.
A good firewall.
Use a pop-up blocker on your browser.
Use a version of ActiveX on your browser.
Updated version of windows. (They patch security issues)
All available Microsoft security.
The first thing I want to talk about is Anti-Virus software; Anti-Virus software is made to detect harmful files on your pc.
Do not download a pirated version of the software, this is just silly.
Pay for it.
A good firewall is the key to stopping any key loggers / R.A.T’s from getting internet connection.
Therefore giving you the time to deal with the file and get it off your pc!
Enabling pop-up blocker on your browser is basically due to the fact you only go onto the site you choose too.
Now ActiveX
What is ActiveX? : ActiveX disables java from all new sites to your browser, which stops a drive-by from succeeding.
How do I get ActiveX? : ActiveX is an add-on to any browser, you will find it!
Update you windows as soon as a update comes out, every update has a security patch.
Most patches are made before anybody finds them.
Get all available Microsoft security, there products are very helpful and trustworthy.
Also, make sure you NEVER go on a forum dumb enough to enable its admins and its other members to download a keylogger and get their entire database stolen.
The following 3 users say thank you to Cudder for this useful post:
Get Malwarebytes pro, along with Avast(Free or paid) as long as you don't download keyloggers you're good. If you want real security, download Tor project.
