(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); First of all, this PC isn't going to be amazing, I just want to get into the whole "building your own" thing, since everyone says it's better than buying a PC :p .
This is just until I get enough money to build myself a high end one Happy .

So here is what I have got in mind so far...

  • ATI Radeon 5450
  • 4GB DDR Ram
  • Athlon x2 Socket 939 2.2Ghz
  • 300GB SATA Drive
  • DVD Burner
  • Memory card reader
  • MSI MS-7050 Motherboard
  • Envizage E-3393 Case

The mobo and the ram are quite outdated for today's standards, but it's only until I get a proper one Happy

So any suggestions on stuff I can change / get for it (baring in mind I don't have much money, hence the crap pc :p )

How much would it cost for all that? I really want a new PC but I can't spend too much.

Not too sure, I already have some parts such as the PSU, HDD and the procesor.
The graphics card is £30
The case is £30 as well and I believe the mobo is about £25

What specs is your current PC?

From what you know, would it be more than $550?

About £190 which is roughly 312 U.S. dollars

Being in the US you have the advantage of using Newegg, so you could get something like this Smile

I would suggest upgrading your processor and power supply if you want to upgrade this system later. The power supply would add for freedom if you want more power hungry parts later. A processor upgrade would be around $30 and would get you a quad core instead of of dual core. If you can, invest more money now because it would be cheaper in the long run.

Worth the Weight
Intel Dancing If you plan on keeping this you need to up to power supply. And when you have enough money, update your RAM and processor. The graphics card could be better as well. Stick to ATI :y:
