If you type "mystring=(80000000)" on notepad and save it as .vbs
and then run the file will it make your computer faster???????

Not it doesn't speed up your PC. It helps regain real memory for applications which have become short of memory due to a memory leak in another application running at the same time. A program with a memory leak willeventually occupy far more real memory than it 'ought' to and will slow things down by causing other programs to page out to the memory cache on disk, which is 1000 times slower than memory.
