Follow the instructions to enable the necessary access to your microphone, and to record your voice or any other sound. When you're done, you can download the recorded item straight to your computer as an MP3 file. Even more useful, though, is that your recording is instantly and automatically uploaded to the RecordMP3 servers, and you'll be given a unique URL for it.

To allow friends, family or colleagues to hear the recording, just email the URL to them. As soon as they click on it, the recording will play on their PC. It's as simple as that. Just make sure that you don't use the service to record anything particularly sensitive or confidential.
