This is a simple way of getting proxies! Great for noobs!
What you will need.
-Proxy finder (You must login or register to view this content.)
-bleach (You must login or register to view this content.) thanks Gaia
virus scan
Antivir: Nothing found
ArcaVir: Nothing found
AVG: Nothing found
BitDefender: Nothing found
VirusBlokAda32: Nothing found
VirusBuster: Nothing found

So to get started open up "Proxy Finder"
Now you should see a button called "Find"

Press Find and let it run (this should only take about 30-40 seconds
After it is done you should get a popup that it is finished then press save.
Save it as something you will remember
You are done finding your proxies
now you need to check them and remove duplicates
[multipage=Checking Proxies]
Open up bleach 1.10
Go to input File
Find your proxy list and open it
You must login or register to view this content.
Press "Remove Duplicates"
You must login or register to view this content.
Then Press test proxies (right under remove duplicates)
When its is done you should get a popup with the results

Click "High Anonymous Proxies"
There is your list of HIGH ANONYMOUS PROXIES!!!
you can use the proxies for what ever you like but I am not responsible for what you do with them.

With proxy finder there really aren't that many of duplicates but you sometimes get it.
Proxy finder updates daily (so you most likely get the same proxies if you do this like 5 times in a row)
Have fun but BE CAREFUL with what you do with these proxies (I'm sure some of you know what I am talking about

If you download off the site, I believe it only lets you save the list 2 times. If you want more than that you will need a cracked version.

Proxy Finder is pretty useless unless we pay for it.

see if I would of posted the cracked version I could post it outside of premium but thats a great way of doing it...
