Well the reason for this is you were all too stupid.

They noticed a spike in the amount of referral clicks you were all getting so they decided to investigate and found out that many people were using proxies. If they find proxy activity on your account then your payment will be halved and you will only earn .0015 of a dollar for clicks in the future.

You can try to get your money refunded if you would like but they will perma-ban you if they find you are lieing. No payout as of yet but they are saying they will payout on the 1st. If you haven't already submitted your paypal info you can do it You must login or register to view this content.

Mine was halved then about a day later I got all my money back and can earn .03 cents again
