so i have comcast high speed and on average everything in my house that runs of it inculding my ps3 is getting around a 19 mbps connection download and a 3 mbps upload but for some reason in my room its only doing this You must login or register to view this content. can you guys tell me why this is i already had my registry cleaned in case that was your answer

You may have interference going on in your room that is causing the signal to have issues. I have Charter, we are currently limited to 10 down and 1 up but in a month they are upgrading us to 32 down and 4 up. i have interference in my room so I get about 5 down and .8 up, if I am lucky.

Maybe you have a torrent downloader or steam open, try closing those.
