Ehh, you can't hack a person just by IP. there is a difference Local and Public IP, Local IP is 192.168.X.X, my public is something like 68.XXX....

i ment there internet ip like:74.168.179.65

That is called a public IP. You can get anyones IP address without any issue. Quite easily someone could make something, put it in their signature that reads out their public IP and then logs that via FTP automatically. (They already have stuff like this on the internet lol).
