My gmail has been hacked and this is bad because my gmail is attached to a monetized youtube called: You must login or register to view this content..
The hacker has added a email address and his phone number to the recover account information thing but I can only recover mine through my phone number which isn't my number any more because it was my old phone so I am now basically screwed.

What should I do?

Well #1, that is a pretty good YouTube account so I suggest contacting some Google service or YouTube to recover your account, see if they can lock it or hold it until it is figured out so nothing else bad happens.

I have contacted them through twitter to no response and I couldnt find a phone number or email for youtube / google. Their customer support is shit :/

when you made that account, have you submitted your mobile numbe? nobody can hack that

You are going to have to find a number. You should have re-secured it when you changed phone numbers. Unless you can call them, your account is gone.
