Ethernet cables to it. I was wondering if its name is really a wifi bridge and if its just plug and use or what and if there is a model around $80-90 I could purchase?

I don't think there is any device called Wifi bridgde. Wifi bridging is a feature which some routers have enabling you to get better signal range, but you need two routers for it. I have never tried it, and I don't know how hard it is. Try to use google to find your answer

What you could do is get a more powerful internet card. There are some that are around 40-60 dollars but they can pick up a great distance. Search places like New Egg for them.
