(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well i have a Insignius blue ray DVD and it has netflix BUT it needs to be wired ?, can i use my laptop and connect it with the ethernet to get internet?

If you set up a network bridge then yes, you can.

That's generally how it works, though you may have to do some tweaking. Some devices for me required a cross over cable while some didnt. I dont know why it really mattered but it did in some cases

Well no it wont act as a router because it can't hand out actual IP addresses. You will be able to configure the bridged connection to have an IP, but only 1 device can use it
