(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); so do i need a new cpu , gpu more ram, or a new gfx card?

So heres the deal, i can pretty play anything made 06 and under(idk about 07 and 08 it really depends on the game, but i know i can run oblivion and sw kotor 2(the game before swtor) which was made in 03. The only exception(that i really aware of) is basketball games, i recently downloaded nba 2k11 and it runs like a charm on low - medium settings which im pretty proud of. i have tried skyrim(whis was a joke of an attempt and you probably know the outcome)

So pretty much tell me what kind of gfx card or ram or gpu or cpu i will need to make my pc run a game like bfbc2 smoothly on like medium - high settings, or anything that will make bf3 run on medium to low settings.
here are my specs:Operating System
MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
CPU
AMD Athlon II X2 240 41 °C
Regor 45nm Technology
RAM
3.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 401MHz (6-6-6-1Cool Man (aka Tustin)
Motherboard
PEGATRON CORPORATION 2A6C (CPU 1) 60 °C
Graphics
HP S1931 (1366x768@60Hz)
256MB GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 (HP)
Hard Drives
488GB Western Digital WDC WD50 00AAKS-60Z1A SCSI Disk Device (ATA)
Optical Drives
hp DVD RW AD-7251H5 SCSI CdRom Device
Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio

also please rate my computer on a scale of 1-10 i just want to know as much as i can about it.
also are there programs that can like shut down everything on my computer and only run the game by itself thus devoting more "power" to the game only?

help will be rewarded with + rep

Honestly I would have to recommend that you upgrade all 3 of them. You may be able to get away with out replacing your CPU or RAM, but the graphics card needs an upgrade in my opinion. The next thing I recommend is a quad core CPU. The AMD Phenom II Zosma Black Edition quad core chip is about $125 and can possibly be unlocked to 6 cores depending on your motherboard and the chip itself. After that, RAM is a cheap addition. You can get 8 gigs for about 50 to 100 dollars depending on the slot type.

If you have any more questions let me know.
