(I know you can access it in the dash, but that leads me onto my next statement/question) I want to add it to the unity bar afterwards (because I use terminal alot and I find it is easily accessed onto the unity bar)... So does anyone know where terminal is located, or where/how I can add it to the unity bar?

what distro are you on?

i know mine is in accessories for both ubuntu and fedora
but it could also be under system tools.

if you want to add it to a bar/panel i think you can just click and drag it onto there

Hes using ubuntu (11)

Hit the ubuntu button in the top left and type "Terminal"

Or an easier way is just hold CTRL+ALT+T

Once you have terminal open the icon will be in the bar on the left. Just right click it and i think its "lock to panel" ? (i havent used 11 in a long time, 10.10 is much better).
