DSL Router or Pc Problem w/ DCR

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); a couple months ago i started using a diffrent Internet Providerm, i got a ' Awesome face

SL Router' wich i had to use.
But i think this router is crap, or it crashes with my computer.
When i portforward ports for my ps3 it's all great. but when i example forward ports like (82,83,84) for DarkCometRat it says there open but DCR can't connect.
Also the ' Awesome face

NS Router' has 2 DNS Ips build in.

I always add DCR "upnp.exe" and it's "Client.exe" to my firewall as an exseption but still it says it can't connect to the Ip.

Help Would Be Apriciated, Incase someone could help me with Teamvieuwer i would be thankfull.
