The Witcher 2 is a graphic intense game too.
Your graphics card is old and outdated. You need a new one if you want to be able to play games like those.

Upgrade, and get a Sapphire Radeon from the 6000 series. I recommend a 6970. It's a fairly good card and can play all of those games above on good settings.

You can't simply upgrade this kind of Rig. I would assume you have a weak PSU and a weak CPU as well? If you throw in a 6970 in there you would bottleneck the shit out of it.

Can I have your computer specs please? Just want to see if there could be any bottlenecks?

ATI cards are notorious for disliking particular games. I'm not sure if witcher is one but it's possible.
