I Don't think it would fit,from the angle of the pic it looks like the PCI Express slot is too close to the fan it would hit the wires to the right and maybe the fan.

If it did fit, would the power supply im looking at, work with the video card im looking at?

Worth the Weight
Your motherboard doesn't even have a single PCie x16 slot, you won't be able to use that graphics card.

Time for a new motherboard.

Edit: I'm not sure if that black slot is a x16 slot. Could you please check?

Worth the Weight
Not sure, even if it did it probably wouldn't work properly considering your motherboard supports 667mhz of RAM and is probably using a really poor processor. What are your system specs?

Google isn't very friendly with me and I can't find almost anything about this motherboard.
