When the problem first started I could go through the troubleshoot thing and it would fix it right there, but now it says it couldn't determine the problem. Restarting my computer fixes it, but temporarily. I've tried resetting the modem and the router but the problem still continues. Any help would be totally appreciated

Uninstall the network card on the pc, and reinstall, driver might be corrupted.(might work) If you have an extra card around install it, if it fixes it, your card is bad.
