Anyway im here because like at least once every few hours my xbox live connection disconnecs. i use a wireless adapter and when i disconnec tthe adapter light goes orange and like 10 seconds goes back to green and im good to go again. i dont understand whether this is my router being stupid or my areas network or xbox live being gay. please help. oh and i keep having one bar connection on mw2 even when there is a decent hos a when i join a game im stuck in the loading screen for like 20 seconds or sometimes hav eto dashboard cos its just stuck in the loading screen.

Sounds like it might be the wireless card. If you have some cable, use that to temp connect the system to the router, if this fixes it your probable cause is the card. If not it may be the router itself. Also be sure to reboot the router, just unplug and count to 30, might help the situation. good luck.
