Yeah 8GB ram would be plenty for a gaming PC

Well most people wont just be running 1 game they will more than likely be running recording programs and etc. so i'd rather be safe than sorry.

yeah, im gonna get a 8GB RAM because ill be running BF3 / Recording program / Skype, which must take up quite a lot right?

just overclock your i7 with liquid cooled system put in fix's that problem to :carling:

Short answer: No.
Shit CPU, entry level gaming GPU, very few upgrade paths.

If you give me your budget I'll build you a much better one.


I just love people who think they know so much about computers because they know that 8GB of RAM is better than 4GB.
4GB is fine, you won't use more than that. But RAM is extremely cheap at the moment so it would be a shame not to get 8GB.
And the guy who said 6GB, any decent motherboard doesn't do 6GB of RAM, the only motherboards you find that do 6GB of RAM, are shitty OEM DELL motherboards. RAM likes to go in pairs, you can get 2x2, or 4x4. Not 3x2.
