Both of them will handle what you need. I like the amd one myself. The intel clocks in faster but only slightly, it is more of which one you prefer.

I would go with the iBUYPOWER one. if you are going to playing games on it then the 6850 gpu is what you want to be looking at. the intel cpu is better in the other one but the margin of performance between the two is so minimal you wouldn't be able to really notice. Especially with the things you will be doing. It's a good buy for the price defiantly but if you really want to cut back on money I would suggest building your own. Best of luck to you though and on which one you end up choosing.
