I have SVP8/9

It lags so badly and it freezes like every 5 minutes and the preview is sooo laggy and when i add an effect it just freezes.

My sony vegas worked fine before now all of a sudden they don't work. I havent downloaded anything.

So guys it would be really nice if you guys could help

I suggest you save your work regally i edited 30 Minutes of video clips from COD4 online from the PC recorded with fraps which is a really good video recording program. Anyway i can't complain about Sony Vegas Pro 9 because i got it for free so myself am quite happy and i also was really pissed i never touched the touch pad at all i went away for half an hour came back and it was responding again quickly saved my work and carried on saved every 5 minutes then tho.
