(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hey guys i'll just jump rite in here

I have a laptop that was messed up about 2 years ago and since then we needed to get a different charger and replace the battery, the warranty ran out and now i left it plugged in a few days ago and it won't turn on, none of the lights come on to indicate it has power.

( the reason it was plugged in was because when it was messed up it won't charge but if u leave the charger in it turns on)[if any of that made since]

anybody know whats wrong with it?

another note: when its plugged in the light next to the charger (where its plugged in) comes on but nothing else.

please i would love to know what to do i have ALOT of music on there and old photos HELP ME

Lithium.
I had something like this on my old laptop. What I did was took out the battery and unplugged the charger. Put the battery pack in carefully, turned it on without the charger on and it unplugged and it worked!
Try it.. If it doesn't work. Go to back to the store and explain the problem. They should help =D

Take the battery out and plug the charger in and try it like that

Then try it again with the battery in

If all else fails just call a PC repair shop and ask them if you can bring it in and they will have a look at it for you, try not to get someone who will charge you for looking at it :/

This story has ended.
Worst comes to worst if you don't/can't get the laptop fixed, you can most likely remove the hard drive and transfer your data to a different computer.
