I can't give you an exact number to lower it to, so I'd say just try lowering the memory speed by 100 and if it still freezes lower it by another 100 and keep doing this until it stops freezing. My memory clock speed is only at 1250 on stock, but you shouldn't need to go that low.
Ok ill give it a try now its so stupid all my other games work fine just not Bf3

Took it down to 1204 still kept happening
