My idea is that if you start locally, printing small business cards and giving them to small companies in the area such as bike shops, flower shops and small-time clothing shops that don’t already have sites (or that have terrible sites), you could come out with lots of cash in the end. This is bulletproof.
Remembering that the hosting is $24 a year, that $300 is going to ware down, so why not keep a little notepad full of your clients and then get them to pay $50 yearly? or $25 yearly? It’s bulletproof.

lol this is a good way to make money more so if you have a degree for it and certs in different scripting languages and can prove you can do it,for setting a site up $300 easy maintaining $40 a month for one site or more easy cash sitting around
