I just need to ask for clarification:

Are you talking about the bootlogo?

Try clicking up or down during the boot up time

So you have a system with a dual boot of windows and Ubuntu and you don't get the option to select which OS on start up? Can't you just repair the boot loader also next time try writing out the question in English.

If your talking about the boot screen then its because of you graphics card. there are two solutions.

1) Buy a better card (£40 ish)
2) After your pc or motherboard screen goes off (Mines ASUS) press any key and it will give you the menu, Press f6 and choose nomodeset then press "esc" ad install

When its installed you will have to reboot and press the UP arrow after your bios screen to give you the grub loader with boot options. Choose the top one and press "e" to edit it.
After "quite splash" type "nomodeset" so its "quite splash nomodeset"and press f10 to boot.

Then once its booted into ubuntu you will have to download the drivers for your card from the restricted drivers option.
