HOW TF DO I DO THIS!!

I have this thing .zip of coupons, and on of the pictures is supposed to be a tutorial (.pdf) about how to make them...but its just a regular pic that's 1.90MBs.

so how tf do I get it to extract or whatever?? Like, i saved the pic to my desktop and nothing seems to work!!

I even tried to open the .png with Adobe reader and it just says it cant.

I think its supposed to be .jpg?
