How can I make GTA IV PC Version run faster on my laptop?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi, I recently installed GTA IV onto my Windows 7 which has 3gb RAM and appropriate graphics card to run games such as GTA IV according to a friend who is an expert at graphics and PC's. However GTA still runs so laggy and theres a second delay when I press the keys. Does anyone know how I can resolve these lagging issues? Thanks

get a sdd, upgrade your cpu and graphics, and u cant upgrade your graphics or cpu in a laptop.

What resolutions are you playing on? Can I have your specs to your computer as well? It could be your HDD being slow as well.

Could be a number of different things. If you could list your spec's that'll be great.
