I built a new PC, new parts.
Can i use the same Hard Drive from my previous PC.
So basically can i connect the Hard Drive to the new PC built, start it up. And work?

Yep, as long as your (guessing new) motherboard supports the same SATA connector. Chances are it's SATA2 (3Gb/s) and chances are it will.
