It could be mouse smoothing, when that is on it feels like input lag. Or do you mean it jumps and skips movements?

Kind of both tbh. It works fast on my laptop but I keep nading myself and aiming way off. And my PC it doesnt work as fast. It pretty much does things I don't want it to.

Pawn Tactics. Theres youtube videos of it. My laptop and pc both throw randon nades, skip movments, etc. hard to shoot at someone. Laptop is a little worse with the mouse but has better lag.

Well with my laptop...

-The game works really well
-Feels like I have no control of the mouse (I even put down a mouse thing underneath the mouse

With my desktop

-The game doesnt work as good (Get lag spikes ever 10 min)
-Have a little better control of the mouse( Dont throw random nades but it still skips movements)

Also on your desktop right click and select personalize then select mouse pointers on the left then select pointer options and set it to fast.

if it isn't mouse speed you don't have enough power to run the game smooth
