Delete things using Windows Explorer? Uninstall programs from control panel? Buy a bigger hard drive? Drag/drop data to a different drive?

Your "c"drive is your main drive. You can buy an external or if you have enough drive bays add another internal. I do not recommend using the "d" drive because that is used for backups so putting files on there could be bad. The last thing you want is to get a virus on your "d" drive and corrupt your backup.

The "d" drive is USUALLY a partition on the C
